I got a good deal on some Fleischmanns Pizza Crust yeast about a month a go and the kids and I gave it a try today. The best part is you don’t have to let it rise! Here is the recipe from the Flischmanns web page. It makes one 12 in pizza. I split the dough in to thirds so we would all have our own and there was built in portion control.
I used onions, tomatoes, spinach, and left over Corck-pot Chicken. No sauce on mine just some olive oil and pepper!
